Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

Morning Departure & Scenic Drive

Your journey begins with an 8:00 AM pickup from your Marrakech accommodation. Travel through the stunning Tizi N’Tichka Pass (2,260m), with panoramic views of the High Atlas Mountains and traditional Berber villages.

Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah (UNESCO World Heritage Site)

Visit the iconic Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village famous for its appearance in movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Wander through the ancient clay streets and discover its rich history.

Kasbah Taourirt – A well-preserved kasbah in Ouarzazate that was once the residence of the powerful Glaoui family.
The Monkey Fingers rock formations in Dades Gorge, Morocco, are a stunning natural wonder. These unique, eroded sandstone formations resemble giant fingers rising from the valley floor, creating a surreal and picturesque landscape.

Ouarzazate – The Hollywood of Morocco

Next, we stop at Ouarzazate, where you can explore the Atlas Film Studios and visit the Taourirt Kasbah, a beautifully preserved 19th-century palace.

Dades Valley – The Road of a Thousand Kasbahs

Continuing through Rose Valley and the Skoura palm groves, we reach Dades Gorge, known for its dramatic rock formations. Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner and an overnight stay in a charming riad or hotel.

Sunset Camel Trek & Desert Camp Experience

Enjoy a mesmerizing camel ride across the golden dunes as the sun sets over the Erg Chebbi dunes. At your desert camp, indulge in a delicious Berber dinner, followed by live music and drumming around a warm campfire.

Overnight in a Luxury Desert Camp

Sleep in a comfortable private tent, under a blanket of stars, for a truly magical Sahara experience.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga – Camel Trek & Desert Camp

Breakfast & Todra Gorge Exploration

After breakfast, we drive to the breathtaking Todra Gorge, a canyon with 300m-high cliffs. Take a short walk along the riverbanks, admiring the stunning natural scenery.

Journey to the Sahara – Merzouga’s Golden Dunes

Passing through Berber villages and the market town of Rissani, we arrive in Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert.

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate

Sunrise Over the Sahara & Breakfast

Wake up early to witness a spectacular desert sunrise, then return to Merzouga by camel or 4×4.

Visit Rissani – The Gateway to the Sahara

Explore Rissani, an important historical town known for its traditional souks and ksars (fortified villages).

Day 4: Ouarzazate – High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech

Breakfast & Return Journey

After breakfast, we begin our return journey to Marrakech, passing through Berber villages and the Tizi N’Tichka Pass once more.

We arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon, where we’ll drop you off at your accommodation, leaving you with unforgettable memories of your Sahara Desert adventure.
